Chairman of the Board

Since 1981, he has run his own tax accounting practice concentrating on individual taxation issues.

He serves the Swedish government as Honorary Consul General for the States of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas, excluding the Dallas Metroplex area. The Swedish Government appointed him in
1992.

Currently he sits on the Research Conflicts of Interest Committee of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

He has previously served as Chairman of the Board for a publicly traded Swedish corporation.

Harry C. Bushong
President

Harry C. Bushong is president and co-founded nanoTox™ in April 2006.

He spent previously two years working for The Olmsted Group.

Previous endeavors in the Houston area include successful associations with Aurora Financial Services, a small NASD broker dealer focused on the energy sector.

Entrepreneurial efforts began in Austin, where he helped transform a local SMGI anima company into one of Austin's earliest streaming media concerns.

He also earned his NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses while working for Prudential Financial Services in Austin.
